This year’s Cityscape broke all records and has become the biggest real estate trade fair in the world with over 70,000 square meters. The Visionate Group presented itself amongst 750 other exhibitors at the event in Dubai and is very content with the trade fair. In addition to the company booth Visionate realized a prominent project for its client Omniyat. The Interior team developed a concept for the Omniyat booth under supervision of Anke Masuch and designed the 250 square meters of the booth.
Visionate thanks all visitors who will receive their desired information material in the coming days. We are already looking forward to next year as the Cityscape was the last trade fair for the company in 2007.

The Visionate Group is proud to welcome MADA'IN Properties as a new client.
Right on time for the Cityscape Visionate interactive developed a microsite for MADA'INs latest project the "Marina Arcade Tower", designed by the German Architectural Firm, IF Architecture GmbH from Hanover.
The "Marina Arcade Tower" project is a G+64, state-of-the-art, mixed-use tower that includes furnished apartments and residential units as well as a podium building that includes the most premium retails space and recreational facilities in Dubai.
To explore the building in detail Visionate interactive developed special modules to explore the building either by viewing single floorplans or explore the tower by its parts.
A video produced by Visionate Motion and extremely realistic 3d renderings round up the emotional aspect of the website.

The Oehlbach Cable Configurator which was developed by Visionate is amongst the seven winners of the Adobe Best Customer Site Award 2007. Realized in cooperation with Oehlbach Kabel GmbH, the Cable Configurator was launched at the High-End 2007 in Munich and is already so popular after the second appearance at the ifa 2007 in Berlin, that a third language version is on the verge of being translated. In addition to German and English, customers of Oehlbach will be able to find the perfect connection methods for their HiFi components in Russian in the future. This productfinder is realized with Adobe Flex.
The world’s third biggest IT trade fair Gitex Technology Week in Dubai traditionally focuses on IT business solutions, telecommunications and consumer electronics. This year’s event with its many visitors went exceptionally well for Visionate, especially since the company was able to successfully launch a presentation tool for the Dubai Silicon Oasis project (DSO). DSO is planned to be a fully integrated community which is supposed to become the high technology hub for the region with an investment of $10 billion by 2025.
The application developed by Visionate was perceived with great interest at Gitex and will move to the DSOA headquarters after the event in order to become a full-fledged sales tool in a second phase offering a unit finder and real time connection to a database. Visionate is very content with this year’s Gitex and proud to cooperate with the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority.
